In Den Helder shop working one lady, she doesn't know how to talk with the customer. I went to the shop today to buy denim trouser. They have sale 2 for 60 euros. I got one correct size and I search another one at that time one lady come and she says if you want to ask me don't get your self and give back the trouser her hand and also she speaks like nonsense. If she works in that shop don't go to that shop. ( i have a bad experience with the lady only. The shop is good. They have a nice collection and colours) Maybe she doesn't like the colour black. Don't treat people like that.

De kelding is echt top normale prijs en goeie kwaliteit. De mensen zijn heel gezellig en vinden het niet erg om je te helpen

Clothing that I buy there often and very quickly breaks down. If I want to return something that is broken then it is not taken seriously and they do not give any money back. The store manager is also not exactly professional or kind. When I wanted to return a shirt a few weeks ago (unworn, with a card still attached!) It was worn according to Mrs. and she could not take it back while I had bought it the same week ... why should I wear a shirt with a card to bring it back then? I find it a very strange way of doing things, I am now completely done with it. I buy something there almost every week and then you will be treated that way. Ridiculous. And in addition, I was also able to wait 15 minutes at the cash register until finally there was staff because they were chatting behind? Really good job I would say, another customer less :) I will go to Alkmaar from now on

Is a nice store with many different clothes. There is a lot of staff around with their own view on contemporary fashion. They are not old-fashioned but nice at the time and would almost say their own (wise) / sensible clothing style. Is a shop where you have to pay attention to the amount of what you want to take with you. Before you know it you double what you want .... in other words too many nice things that you actually have to have.
