Today Jac Vink would come to fix the glass in the barn door for which I took a whole day off. The mechanic called to say he would come a few hours later, well .... I had already taken time off. When the mechanic came he was measuring 1 (!!) minute and then went again !!!! After calling Jac Vink I got a vague reason that the glass might have been used on an earlier job that day and that they normally repair it. Can you wait all day again ... very customer friendly. Extremely bad service and not even an apology !!!!!
