Ordered a Diamond painting in the weekend and delivered it on Tuesday. Immediately checked everything and got started. Everything neatly packed and nice to do in these strange times.

Unfortunately, I soon had to conclude that the stones of 1 color were of sad quality. Contacted about this, only had to fill in the form. Received 2nd batch of this color, color was clearly not the same with the result that I had to take out all the stones of that color again, they could not / would not do anything about it. Unfortunately, this 2nd batch was of just as pitiful quality, so contact was sought again. I just had to fill out a form again. And yes, this 3rd batch also has just as many stones with holes or dust in it. Fortunately, I now have enough stones to finish the painting ... I would never send this quality to a customer who has already made complaints ... too bad !!

I am satisfied. Super fast delivery and everything complete! I will definitely order more from you!

2 diamont paintings ordered unfortunately they are not good dog has purple ears and child has red orange hair. Wasted money.

I bought two super beautiful daimond painting sets during the fair and I am not so quick with this but I am very happy with it! Find that they sell beautiful material with good explanation in the packaging and the extra auxiliary material we have! Find them really a must for all lovers of Dianne Painting
