I went in September for my car check-up and I needed also a very first APK in order to have Dutch plates. They told me I needed several things to be changed/repaired, engine oil (even though it was changed in March 2020), a small light and the antigel and cooling system for the engine to be changed completely. After 3 weeks I noticed while I was driving that the engine started to heat up to 100 degrees and went back to this garage. I left the car there one more time for 1 day, even though I needed it for urgent matters back then and it was really a inconvenience for me. They told me they added up some cooling agent and it will be all right. Now in January, also during the time I was driving, the car started to give me signals to stop immediately, the engine temperature went blowing and the overheating system was enabled and my car was overheated and left with it in the middle on nowhere, winter time! So I went to a service in Luxembourg, because at the time I was there when my car had this problem, and surprise: the mechanic there, told me the cooling system was nevertheless NOT changed in September because if that was done I wouldn't have had this problem. So thanks for charging me 746 Euros, and from this 100 Euro for "changing the liquid in the cooling system" something that you didn't do at all or did but totally incorrect! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend to anyone this auto garage! Poor service! Never again!

The tire of our Smart Brabus was flat. When my husband told the size, they looked very strange there !! "That does not exist!!" they said. But that size was not the case in all of North Holland. Fortunately in Utrecht, yes .. Now my husband was at KwikFit at 8 o'clock on New Year's Eve because he already had such a suspicion. And ... at 11 o'clock we got a phone call, the tires were ready !! Great service and really nice staff !! We are very happy with KwikFit!

ball tent, do not pass on prices over the phone because they “have to take a look”, then you come to the location and the gentleman knows the (usury) price without looking at the wheels and tires, much too expensive, are there to get you rob you of your money
