For my transfer Taxi Hoorn Drechterland was perfectly on time at Hoorn station - after a reservation by internet 24 hours in advance. Enjoyable and smooth ride to my destination for a decent price. The company does what it promises! I will definitely come back here.

He would be there at a quarter past 10 tonight. Half past ten my train went to Schiphol. Istanbul week .. At 18 past 10 I called to be sure. "Oh ... completely forgotten !!", he says. What a K-company !!!!!!! Never again!

Very bad experience, ordered a taxi for Saturday evening. As agreed with the driver that we needed a taxi the same night at a quarter past one. I asked her if I could arrange this through her if I had to arrange this via the exchange. but she told me that this was possible directly with her. About 1 am outside, no taxi. I wait a quarter of an hour, still no one. so I call the exchange. They know nothing and dare to say that they can not believe that I have agreed. and tell me to call another taxi company. see if it still has taxis left. So I look rather miserable on the Internet to another exchange. Call that company to be greeted by the same woman who takes on No You call the wrong number again, so I say I was forwarded. And she VERY LETS THE CONNECTION. So I call them back, and there is no more recording. I have never been treated so badly in my life, and you can be sure that everyone I speak to hear about this bad service, that you do not keep to the agreement and have the courage to top it off to blame customers. Shamelessly .. It is that I can give no less than 1 star, because even that is still too high a rating for this company
