May 18 last, my mother's cremation took place here. I would like to thank the staff of this crematorium for their professional attitude, their empathy and patience, which has allowed us to say goodbye to our beloved mother, despite the limited corona measures. When picking up the asurn we were well advised about the many possibilities what to do with my mother's ashes.

the funeral was not at all according to agreement, expired, whether this is at funeral 24 or at a funeral home in Hoorn, everything was well put on paper, we thought, we wanted 50 cakes and 50 coffee, tea, soda and beer, this was in complete package of the funeral for 4000 euros. after having had the final bill everything seemed to be finished, but after 3 months I get an email that 500 euros still have to be paid, for the coffee, tea, soda, wine that I did not order and beer. I think what is this now, after the funeral we have received 335 euros back, who was over ?? yes and immediately threaten that a bailiff was called in. tidy hey. SO PEOPLE YOU HAVE SO MUCH WEAR AND ELLENDE, PLEASE NOTE, PUT THE BLACK ON WHITE, WHAT YOU WANT TO GO IN THE COFFEE ROOM, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE DEFECTED.

Yesterday my father's funeral, and nice people work here! Understanding, patience, good service, nicely dressed! Everything is negotiable! We are very satisfied, thank you

Nice crematorium, helpful staff but not cheap and not really flexible.
