Called 19.05, we were laughed at in the background. They asked us if we couldn't heat the order in the microwave. We found this very strange for an order of € 70. So they would exchange the Spare Ribs within 1 hour.

The food is incredibly tasty but because of the unwise long wait I would not order more quickly .. Too bad to say this ....
Nice! Order went easy and was delivered on time. We were so hungry that we didn't even have time for a photo. Then just a photo after dinner! 😀👌
Dutch burger with sauerkraut. There was so little sauerkraut on the burger that I couldn't taste a bite of sauerkraut ......
1 star is still too much .. Once but never again! Order € 65 euro delivered two hours late. Inaccessible, after an hour finally someone on the phone. It was very busy but good news delivery man had just left! However, not arrived an hour later (about 15 minutes drive) Tip: rather order from the hard-working local restaurants that prepare it with care and deliver it on time. * Spare Rib Express scores an average of 8.5 out of 25808 reviews * With what I read I find that very unbelievable! In any case, Hoorn brings the average down quite a bit. I have not received an answer to the email I sent and the satisfaction survey I completed.
