I had been a customer for years and every time again it had been a pleasure. But the last time I had bought a jacket the lady had obviously lied about the brand and I did even not get an answer of my mail about the truth about it. She/they had to know. At the end I found out myself that I had bought a jacket of a rather cheap brand compare to what she named it should be "Giacomo". The zipper broke quite fast... . That had and has been very unsatisfying. No more Tally ho!
