Customer service can really not be called customer service here. The branches do not have their own telephone number. When you call the head office, you will first be on hold for more than half an hour. If you then have them on the phone, the connection will be lost halfway through. Not that they call back, they probably expect you to back in. I requested 2 credit invoices (which I think should normally just be sent or put in your account). I only get 1. Then the others are requested again (by e-mail, because it is not possible by telephone). I will again receive the credit invoice that I have already received. Been waiting for a refund for almost a month. Of course it can be busy and mistakes are made everywhere, but that in combination with the fact that they are hardly accessible and subsequently have no knowledge of the facts, means that I no longer go to get my stuff here as standard. Unfortunately!

They have a lot, but to register as a private individual and what to order and pick up is very customer unfriendly. I have gone for nothing

Super handy with Covid to be able to do odd jobs. Easy ordering and I was able to pick it up within 2 hours. Wide range and prices are also ok.
