On 27 October I brought my watch for repair. It could take 3 to 4 weeks for repairs if things were not going well. I have now visited 3 times, the first two times the parts were still in order. Today, December 20, I visited again. The employee was immediately very offensive about the fact that I came by. The parts were not there yet. I thought it was a pity that there was no more friendly response to me. Things can always run differently than desired. But it helps if there is a helpful response and someone wants to do his best for you. I hope that I will get my watch repaired soon. It is otherwise a nice store. However, the service when it does not run as desired may be nicer.
