Very customer unfriendly in case of problems. I had bought a pair of pants and saw at home that they could only be steamed. On the advice of the saleswoman cold washed, where the pants have shrunk. They are not willing to reimburse anything and I now have € 95.00 pants that have been mishandled by advice from the saleswoman. I found the salesperson's attitude towards and unfriendly. I will never visit again and do not recommend buying anything here.
