In general, we are always neatly helped here. Today, however, there was an elderly lady at the PostNL checkout who was quite grumpy and catty about a mistake with the house number (I accidentally entered my old address with a different house number, so the girl had to search for the package for a long time). Ms thought that was absolutely impossible, because they are so busy. I myself work at a PostNL point at a chemist where we also have a running cash register and customers in the store who need help. There it is 100% busier than with this primera in corona times. I found this lady's response particularly inappropriate. It is an absolute no-go to fall out to a customer like that, even when you are busy. I would have heard it in my store if my manager had heard me talking to a customer like that. Very rude and absolutely unnecessary. Incidentally, the girl did her best.
