I don't know if they can paint, but they will arrive on your balcony unannounced. They scream and knock on your window and try to open doors. I felt unsafe in my own house. In addition, they broke 2 plant pots and all left cigarettes. One of the worst experiences ever!

They certainly do not have norms and values. Turn up unannounced and try to open the door. NEVER AGAIN!!!
