Purchased an over and extractor fan from this company. Long story short, they delivered to the wrong address, told me nobody was home while someone was actually waiting for them there, left my stuff on the pavement in front of wrong address, refused to carry up the goods to my apartment on the 1st floor which has outdoor accessible, wide stairs (it's in their delivery terms and conditions that they do carry it up, however, the deliverer lied to me on a call claiming that they don't deliver upstairs and that it's stated in their T&Cs). In a nutshell, I don't recommended to buy from this company, stick to those that you can trust to provide a professional service.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience: Oven ordered and paid for and would be available from stock. This turned out to take a few weeks. Too bad but then just wait. 2 weeks after ordering received a message that a delivery appointment could be made, so immediately called but guess what? the oven has not yet arrived at the delivery service. The status on the website indicates a few weeks later so wait again ... that week also passes and no message so just give us a call: it appears that it will take a few more weeks because the oven is not yet in stock. For that reason the order was canceled and ordered somewhere else, which delivered the same oven 2 days after ordering.

Bosch equipment has been ordered 2 times and is no longer available and a replacement product is being proposed that has much poorer specifications. and customer service does not think along for a solution.
