Went to the brick and mortar shop for the first time yesterday with our 11 week old Bull Terrier and we have had a really great service what a good range this store has and the owners are extremely friendly and helpful without being intrusive. ordered online and that went perfectly, because online is only a small part of what they sell. We think this is one of the better things in terms of assortment and will continue to go here in the future.

No idea why there are so many good reviews. This was the first time that I ordered here and also the last time. Ordered on Saturday and still nothing delivered on Thursday. I did receive the email confirmation with track and trace code, but it stated that I would receive an email from DPD (the transport company) when it would be delivered. I never received this email. Now it turns out they tried to deliver on Tuesday, but my husband was home all day. And if it is the case that they tried to deliver on Tuesday, why does it take until Thursday before I get a message that it has been delivered to a DPD pickup parcel, but also only because I called? And when I then call to give feedback that they would do better to use a different transport company, the person on the phone starts to argue. Very unprofessional and I strongly advise against ordering from here. I have ordered dog food and supplies online from multiple companies and never had any problems.

First placed an order with this great website, reviews about a certain cat food via Google and then I came out here. My order was placed and the next day already received via dpd, a nice toy for our kitten and 2 older cats was delivered and 2 times a discount coupon in a word super
