KLM are not fair. Their "refunds department" determine the value of the refund, which they don't tell you. Air ticket refund must be the amount in full. Simple. No service delivered, no amount should be retained. Now I must wait a few weeks for an undetermined refund amount to be determined by "refund department" whenever. As Flyingblue Gold member, I don't think I'll ever fly with KLM, not after such treatment.

KLM services are worsening! After paying a fee for buying the ticket online, I'm not even able to print the boarding pass... Good job, guys!

I’m so annoyed with KLM. They cancelled my flights and won’t give me a refund, only a voucher which is absolutely no use. The holiday was to St Maarten and this was the only option to fly direct from Europe and was a special family holiday. Especially annoying when they are getting so much funding from the government. I know times are hard, but they are for me too, so why should I be propping them up?

Nonsense treatment to customers who have purchased tickets through agencies... My ticket was purchased via an agency but they are unable to assist with the voucher and/or refund because according to them this has to be requested via KLM website. Thus, I go on the website (2 months ago this was in April) and with my booking number I was able to submit my voucher request. 2 months later I still have no update and I just contacted their customer service via Messenger and they're telling me they cannot help me with my voucher because we purchased via an agency. IS THIS A JOKE? So agency won't help and KLM won't own up to their business standards. Yeah no never again...
