6 weeks ago through the housing construction made the report that our doorbell was much too hard and whether this could be adjusted, by now Sauer has already been 3 times past, now our bell does nothing at all. During the first visit the videophone would be defective. The videophone was replaced 2 weeks later, then there was no image anymore. The camera would be defective or incompatible with the new videophone, it would be ordered and replaced, 2 weeks later I call here at the back with the question how it was because a new camera was promised, an appointment was scheduled, yesterday was the mechanic without a camera in front of the door and had to pick it up, now there is no sound when there is a bell, even a package missed for which I stayed at home today. The staff is friendly, but this is very sloppy ... Not recommended.
