After the company de Groot from Amstelveen has neatly installed mosquito nets on the outside windows at our HOA apartment complex, we also asked them if they wanted to make a follow-up quote for a mosquito net for a tilt and turn door, which is now 4 months ago, after several phone calls we were invariably told that they are very busy and blah, blah, blah called again today and then we were told that they had a suspicion that someone else was also installing insect screens. We explained that this was not the case, but the lady at the office remained incredibly obnoxious and also said that the distance Amstelveen vs Mijdrecht was not really close (14 km) In short, very disappointed in this company and as an association of owners will certainly not come back to them.

I have ordered curtains, wooden slats and skirting boards. The curtains are full of threads. The slats bend because they are too heavy. So heavy that I can hardly pull them up all the way with my own hands. I asked about this in advance. They started installing the skirting boards a little over a year ago. But it is still unfinished. Pieces of skirting board are missing. Only half is sealed. It is not possible to make an appointment to finish the job. I think I've already called and apped 15 times. Extremely disappointing and downright indecent to deal with your customers like that.
