I have been trying for 5 days to make an appointment at opsis eye hospital. I am always promised that I will be called back by the department where I have to go before my eyes. Until now I have not been called back .. who has such a bad experience with this hospital.

I don't understand the reviews below. I've never had any problems making appointments. Also visits to the ophthalmologist and contact lens specialist all go well. A big 10 from me

If I had known that my eye is helped with cataracts, now I see less sharply without glasses as before, I certainly would not have done it. if you indicate that and you feel very unhappy about it and it is said with glasses you see better now and you then leave with a bad feeling, sorry then I think something is going wrong.

Optometrist was fine, but the way of communicating when you want to make an appointment or at the counter is really rude. We're out of here.

Scandalous and very sloppy how you treat patients. My request was not taken seriously. Had to call 4 times for a new referral for AMC ophthalmology. I then received an email with the following information: referral was made and whether I wanted to contact the AMC myself to check whether the referral had started properly. Then I call the AMC and I am told that this is unclear and that they cannot do anything with it. You have not sent a referral letter but an unclear e-mail! In the meantime we have been 2 months further and the complaints have only increased. Shame on you !!
