Very good center, everything available on 1 spot. The extra corona check at the door gives me a safe feeling, even though it takes some extra time to get to the Boots pharmacy.

The first thing a medical service should provide is respect their patients. My last visit there was really disappointing. I waited for more than 15 minutes at the door for the procedure to check the Corona symptoms. Someone just walked and got in to the practice. The response to my reaction why she don't care about the queue, The woman at the door shut me up then told me "Do you want to get in or not". I was offended and it was like I need them and have to tolerate their offensive behaviour.

Last visited via a € 40 coupon promotion for treatment. Three treatments would be included. The first was an intake, then you could choose from moksa, acupuncture, massage etc. I had chosen intake, moksa and acupuncture. After the treatment I suddenly had to pay extra for acupuncture and Chinese herbs were added to me. In the end I lost € 179. I called them a few times to ask for my money back, but no response. I don't recommend going here, don't trust them at all!
