Terrible and horrible lack of communication skills. The worst to experience

With daughter in the emergency room, broken little finger, 2 for 10, ok, on the verge of closing time. 'oh, the X-ray is already closed. Maybe you should drive to another hospital. ' Well we were allowed to walk on for a while, 3 meters further she typed data into the computer. 'Oh, you have to go to another post next time because your doctor is not in the area' (we do live in the area, what if we had lived in The Hague?) She took 2 paracetamol and a cup of water. 'Go to your doctor tomorrow' She hasn't glanced at the little finger. If they dare to send an invoice, they have a problem.

I arrive at 11.40 at night at the emergency department in Amstelveen with a blood infection. I am sent away because they are almost closed. Unbelieveable

Very long waiting times at both telephone contact and at the reception as in the waiting room. It is mandatory to wear a mask while the temperature rises, and patients become increasingly anxious. There is also no air conditioning so everyone just gets worse! The 1st time I experienced as very annoying when I had to come to the emergency room urgently and lay on a bed for 2 hours without further treatment. After 2 hours all the stickers were ripped from my body and got up while my machine went on alarm and the 2 nurses present did not respond at all to this alarm! I left this. What an outrageous treatment every time

Terribly long wait with very unclear priority system operating with color codes. NOTHING to eat or drink from a vending machine. Is EXTREMELY BORNING if you have to wait FIVE HOURS until you are finally helped.
