Very bad exprence. Never got appointment when it's needed. I will not recommend this hospital.

All I will say here is that I am shocked with what I just experienced at this medical centre.

We used to see Dr Ong but after his departure the appointments are going on for a toss with no punctuality and it's second time in a row that I was made to wait min 45 mins. Last time pharmacist had to correct the dosages given to infant by a doctor . Very disappointed with service, quality and punctuality.

it took a while to adjust to the Dutch heath system and learning to deal with doctors. so i can't really say much about the doctors except they are typical, but do follow up nicely and in a timely fashion. but the assistants and staff here are absolutely the worst. highly disrespectful to expats. don't go here if your an expat! i kept putting up with it for over a year but recently it got to be a terrible problem. refusal of service, straight up lied to me in person and sexism to name a few. being nice or blunt with them results in similar, negative reactions. not worth the headaches. i have explained to the doctors the staffs treatment on multiple occasions.

It happened again. They cannot send a simple email. “It does not work come and pick up” this is the explanation:) 21.century....
