Fantastic people here!
Went today to the branch for my wife's Cartier watch. The clasp did not close properly. In just a matter of seconds it was fixed and they didn't even charge me anything. What a great service. I didn't wanted to go to Cartier PC Hooft as the service is truly bad. I know where to get my things from onwards.
Great service, i highly recommend this jeweler. Bought an engagement ring here, received great service (they ordered the ring i wanted and got it within a day) and good service after the purchase as well (making ring 1 size smaller for free).
Hopefully i will never buy another engagement ring, but if i do i would go here :-D

Conducted the transaction by email and phone, though a friend did attend he physical store to check out the time piece on my behalf.
Max answered all questions directly.
I wired funds to settle our transaction, albeit a little apprehensively, but no worries, the watch was shipped to a tiny village in the south of France and arrived the next day completely as described in perfect condition with all papers and boxes present.
I thoroughly recommend their services, a very pleasant experience.
