Great service, and I found what I was looking for.
We bought a lot here, for friends and families.
Nice store and friendly staff. 1 year ago bought a ring for 80 euros for my daughter. Now 1 year after the date, the silver color has largely disappeared from the ring and some stones have disappeared from the ring. The conditions say that the jewelry may not get wet! The argument was that she does not wash the ring with hand washing. If she has to go to the toilet somewhere outside the house and wash her hands afterwards, she does not want to take off her jewelry and m
lay all risks. I think that at Swarovski they have not understood that jewelery can be worn and does not have to be placed in a cupboard just like the beautiful crystals. I find this very unfortunate. Will not buy a Swarovski jewelry soon!
