Company provides incorrect license plate information such as the number of owners, if you want to call them about this you cannot reach them!
There are falsehoods concerning a MOT inspection. Car would have been rejected on a part but in the original test report the test was approved without rejection. How is this possible?
Car sellers are at a disadvantage if this is more often the case because buyers get suspicious about the technical status of the car. Buyers are, on the other hand, unnecessarily misled and may pay EUR 3.99 to see the MOT report in which there appears to be no disapproval. I have given finnik feedback to correct this error but no response yet. Unfortunately, the company cannot be reached via telephone number 0900 ...
I pay 3.99 for a premium report where you can also view the damage history, but the report mainly consists of information that you can request for free and nothing at all about damage! Too bad this!
Poor site indicate that it is a Dutch car while it is import cars !!!
Dear Jan, I totally agree with you !! I have also emailed a few times and I have been waiting for a few days for an answer. Received nothing! I paid for the Premium check ...... and received nothing at all !! The telephone number also makes no sense. I just went to another provider and received a clear report there, but now I have paid twice. I would not "order" here again! Not worth a star!
