High quality authentic Chinese cusine! The best and my favorite in Amsterdam. We order Beijing style pork and soybean sauce noodles, handmade dumplings, jadmine rice, and zhizi lamb, accompanied with jasmine tea and Taiwanese grass gelly and taro balls dessert. The portion of the three dishes for 2 people are much more than enough. Noodles is super delicious. The chef mixed 3 kinds of dumplings as we asked, so we are able to taste 3 different flavors. They are handmade fresh with different color of dough to differentiate the flavors. The dumplings are even better than most of the good dumpling places in Taiwan! Zhizi lamb is tender full of flavor. I can tell the high quality of ingredients used and I don't feel thirsty after the meal, indicating that no MSG is used. It is very diffucult to find a Chinese restaurant that is able to present the original taste of the ingredients. I am so pleased to find this restaurant! Worth to give it a try!

Love the food, the best Chinese food that I have in Amsterdam. Always order the Beijing duck, black Angus beef, gongbao chicken and dim sum. Can’t wait the restaurant to open again.

This is the best Chinese I've had in the Netherlands, including several places in China Town. The prices are high but it is so incredibly worth it! The chefs are artists and the flavors are magnificent!

Okay. We went once to celebrate my Bday. Since then it is true love. Amazing, exceptional, tasty, not repeatable. You won't find anything better. The main menu we are usually taking : dumplings, pork, soups, lamb with kumin, recently we tried dessert from mushrooms. I would like to meet with the chief once face to face to say thanks! Restaurant itself very beautiful, calm and comfortable, pretty relaxed atmosphere. I can't add pics as I'm writing my feedback just after we finished dinner from Amber Garden!)

Bad service. Made us wait 20 minutes for drinks. Didn't set up the table correctly (no napkins or chopsticks). Waiter noticed it, acknowledged it, then still proceeded to not fix it until i explicitly reminded them a second time about 30 minutes later when they finally gave us attention. Food was fine though. Kitchen staff is obviously the only competent people working there.
