Went to store to make a return and hour after it should be open. However its was still closed I called the store to inquire. I was told that an employee was late and they don't know when they will open. Not sure why the store has to be closed for business because staff is irresponsible.

I went to the store to take back something that I had bought from a different store, the staff(Bob) was very rude asking alot of questions restlessly while pushing my stuff towards me as if may be he was in a hurry to go somewhere else and I am wasting his time, asking me if i had any special arrangements with the store I bought the stuff...I told him to stop asking me alot of questions n hold on...He was like ohhh I have to ask may be it's better for you to go back to that store I just looked at him...he started talking to his colleague(a lady) while laughing on top of their voices. May be laughing at me or something else...the worst experience with a nice brand employing unprofessional and very disrespectful stuff

Ok range of shoes. Prices vary, I think most of them are fairly priced. Problem is getting them in a range of sizes. Staff are really helpful and try to help you as much as they can.

Had a problem with a 7 week Nike shoe which I paid 174.99 euros for my son, super helpful when I bought it. The service was so bad beyond what I have ever experienced, when I had a problem with the shoe. Rude, attitude, not willing to enter into solving the problem, was told come back next day when manager was there. That's the last time I'll go there.....
