I have been wearing Van Bommel shoes for the last 20 years and in Amsterdam Zwartjes is one of the only stores that sells them. Now last week on Friday afternoon I went to Zwartjes. I looked around to look for some Van Bommel shoes and I was in the store for about an hour. In this past hour none of the employees had neither time or they did not want to help me with my purchase. I was very disappointed and I left without making a purchase and I was planning to buy two pairs of Van Bommels. Don't go to the store if you want good customer service, and for the store itself don't judge the book by its cover.

I bought Magnanni shoes in the afternoon on May 3, 2020. These shoes were braided at the front and a piece of leather at the back. His beautiful shoes. I'm sorry I didn't buy a belt with it. I was asked if I wanted a belt, but I thought I didn't need it. I was well helped by a woman with dark hair. Just lost her name. Anyway nice shop and nice shoes.

Always happy with the super service at Zwartjes. It is a good store with knowledgeable people who give you personal advice.
