They did not come on appointment at all! Even did not call :(

He arrived much too late during the measurement and then indicated that he would call to place the hedge a few days later, after a week he was asked when he would arrive, appointment was planned but again he has not been without cancellation

No appointments to make, misses two appointments and then tries to get out of the delivery. My tip: call another glass grower.

Fortunately, it was helped quickly because my children are everywhere and I don't want them to open their hands on the broken glass. Had called them to ask if they could do something about it today and luckily they came straight away, but I had to wait 30 minutes, which is faster than the pizzas I have delivered hahaha.
