I have used their service in the past and they were very correct and friendly. And the same experience had my friends who i had recommended their service.

Would *never* recommend this place to anyone, but even less to expats. I had never been treated so disrespectfully and unpolitely. Looks like the man doing the paperwork does not like some foreigners, unfortunately. Bare in mind I have been living and working in the Netherlands for more than 4 years and I know about the dutch directness and all that - this was something else, this was a man lashing out at someone who arrived at their office with a smile. The woman on the phone and reception was very friendly and helpful. We spoke a couple of times and I explained what we (me and my couple) needed from them. The man actually doing the paperwork was the most arrogant, rude and unpleasant "professional" I've ever come across. In hindsight, I also regret not having stopped the man right on his feet when his very aggressive verbal abuse began - I remained quiet all along, almost in shock.

For years "regular customer" for filling out the tax forms. Always accurate to the penny! And always friendly :-)

Neat treatment, very correct

I am always helped correctly and smoothly. Never have problems with the returns afterwards.
