Really clean room, fresh look, nice owner. One thing I didn't like was just one shower and toilet for all guests. Overall pretty good place. Recommended for sure.
Good for couples and one night staying. 3 windows-wall is very beautiful. It is not cold in winter time.
Wow. I love this place. The neighborhood is so good. I miss this place allready. I want to come back someday.
Rooms don t have their own bathroom, but apart from that, all is very nice, very comfy bed. Great breakfast!
The only positive thing I can say is that it's clean and fairly close to town.

There was no breakfast so saying it's a bed and breakfast is a straight lie.
There's only 1 toilet and 1 shower for the 7-8 rooms.
It's on top of a lower end bar that's open late at night with people somking things that, while legal in the netherlands, arn't so nice to smell in your hotel room all night.
It's right on a street that's highly trafficed day and night.
The bedsheets were really old (but yes clean).
No staff around until afternoon/evening.
No-one cleaning the rooms.
This place should be a hell of a lot cheaper than it is. If you can afford to stay here, you can afford to go to just about any other hotel in the city instead.
