First, it is very difficult to find the entrance. You need to be very careful and the customer service is unhelpful and unfriendly. Second, the treatment I got is good and satisfied. But, if you don't have the package for physiotherapy, don't go!!!! The bill is going to surprise you. After communication and phone calls with the service, I understand that they separate the cost for diagnose and suggestions. Which means there is one cost for examination (67 euro for my case), and the suggestions which come from the examination costs another 36 euro.

I was treated by Lucy Sietsma and after the treatment on 23.12.2020 where she pulled a few times with full force and used the strength device too early, I am back in the wheelchair at home and after the treatment a sour pain in my knee that is the same as 1.5 months ago. I came to her and had no knee pain, was able to bend my knee up to 60% before the last treatment (last one, because I don't get to her anymore). Due to their traumatic treatment, I have to stop physio for a while to let the knee fully recover and then do physio without pain. I also had sour pain in the night, so I could not sleep with the rest, now I also have pain, and pain is the same that was in early November, it seems that my standing has walked backwards. I am now back in the wheelchair with the leg support and that is not the intention. That was not wise of me to let go of the pain I got during the last physio. I could bend it already by 60 degrees and certainly did not have to force and listen to my body signals. Now I have consequences. Until 2020 there were still therapists, such as Andor, Mark and Tim. Now they are gone and the practice is of poorer quality. Andor, who now no longer works there, he teaches by Fontys, was the best therapist I have ever seen, I (my back and shoulder) already know him from 2006, he is a professional in rehabilitation, can feel where it stuck sits, has an individual approach and listens carefully to the body signals of the patient, he has a talent for this. In this way he makes a plan of rehabilitation and always completes it successfully.

Luc Boon is an excellent physiotherapist. He has helped me with a number of treatments for my back pain that bothered me every day, all day long. He has knowledge. experience and a good listener. I am very satisfied and super helped and recommend him to everyone. Mireille Brook
