This company uses nice words BUT ... We bought our spa at Bubble King six years ago and were very satisfied with it. Until now there is a problem (-pje?). We do not know whether it is something small or a bigger breakdown and whether or not a mechanic should be installed. You do not get hold of the technical service by telephone. Just fill in your e-mail and online form. This was April 7. Apart from a notification of receipt, everything remained silent. Nothing, nada, zero. With the current Corona crisis, we can of course understand that there is some delay in treatment and that it takes time to organize. So I just waited 10 days for an answer. Because there was no news, I called April 16 again, emailed and filled in the online form with all our details. Received confirmation of receipt again, but again a deafening silence a week later. Not even an email that it is busy or something or that the treatment may take a little longer. Nothing, zero, zero, nada. We have been completely let down and that feels bad. Because say for yourself: what makes a "good and reliable company"? Right ! The one who helps you if there is a problem. At Bubble King you are apparently only king until the sale and after that, when the money is in, you as a customer can go up the tree if there is a problem. After so many weeks (!), There is no other conclusion than the above. Nobody can deny that there is a crisis, but not to let anyone hear from you is really a fundamental problem if you ignore even simple communication in all available channels. Because we enjoyed our Spa so much, and because the purchase price was indeed relatively low, we have sent many friends and acquaintances to Bubble King in the past 6 years, some of which also made a purchase. Not that we fished behind a thank-you (which would have been a good idea, but so-so), but with our experience, we'll hold our hearts if they ever have a problem in the years to come. The advice I should give them now is: STAY AWAY at Bubble King, despite the attractive price! If something happens, you are literally out in the cold.

Good experience. We came from Sunspa Benelux in Breda and we were not taken seriously at all and we received antisocial comments from the seller. So we drove to the bubble king in Waalre and despite the crowds, we were very well helped by the lady who was there last Saturday. So the choice was easy to buy one here.

We enjoy our fox spa every day, neatly delivered and extra product for months of maintenance. Top service and price quality is so good that you need look no further.

A case with excellent, we do not do difficult service. I bought a private bath 2nd hand which originally came from the Bubble King. Afterwards I had some disruptions that they neatly corrected, even though I had not bought directly from them. After a "controversial" malfunction, they even put their hand (rightly) in their own bosom and offered a very decent compensation. I am a customer for life. Keep it up! N.B .: small minus point in terms of feedback: due to crowds (and I understand that with such a top service level) it unfortunately took 3 weeks before they could come to fix a malfunction. That is less pleasant, but nevertheless 5 stars.
