Unfortunately not possible to give lower than 1 star. Dimmer that did not work on my lamp, returned at my own expense. Product has not been accepted ... was no longer in new condition ... correct screws setting adjusted to get working. Nice message back that I have already paid so product is no longer from letsleds ...... Had contacted us for perhaps a different solution ... would have saved shipping costs for both parties ..... how unkind friendly. It doesn't make you any wiser by telephone ..... that is our policy. Good luck with the policy ... never again. Incidentally, the same type of dimmer bought from another supplier ..... works great.

Just under a year ago, we ordered several dimmers and lamps from this company, some of which turned out not to work properly. I returned these items well within the deadline, but unfortunately I never got my money back, because the company claims that it never received my package (the Track & Trace shows that it did). After several e-mail exchanges, I accepted that I would not get my money back, and that further action would be useless. However, I just received an email informing me that Letsleds is trying to get my review removed from another website because they don't believe I've had a real experience with them. I would therefore like to warn everyone: do not buy here.

Very bad service and lousy lighting. I bought the LED spots with built-in motion detector. It is said to be perfect for toilets and dark rooms. Unfortunately, this one is anything but suitable. The sensor does not work for a meter, it does not work as it should. We are always in the dark. After an extensive e-mail whether it was defective with an extensive explanation, I received a copy paste of the description from the internet from Jens. Totally not read my mail and completely useless answer. Without any response, I got the answer that I should try to reverse the zero and phase wire. You guessed it absolutely no effect. In fact, there has been no response to our emails at all since then. Really anything but to speak of the service. My advice look carefully what you buy here because customer service does not exist !!!!!!!

Called at the beginning of the week for information about ground spots for the garden. Very friendly help and advice. Ordered and picked up the spots online. Once at home, 2 turned out to be broken, after a phone call they went to see them and exchanged them without any problems. Good service and friendly advice !!

Bunch of crooks. dimmer returned, I get it back because the box was torn open on the edge. with the text packaging so damaged that it is no longer suitable for sale. you can't see it with an adhesive tape on it. I call that making money easy. So only open the packaging if you are really sure that you want the item. Thank you Mr. Stef van W.
