They do not answer the phone! At the end I had to call to their consulate / embassy in Den Haag, and from there they transferred the call to Den Bosh

Calling is not working. When you go you will always be short of something. Which means you have to go back to Rotterdam. Nobody speaks to you. After an hour of waiting we left.
