Good service

Thursday bought a bouquet of flowers, Saturday the roses went limp and drooped. After that, the other flowers also started to look bad. I have cut them diagonally. I have bought flowers from your flower shop before, but I don't like this

Last Saturday returned with the purchased flowers, Monday was neatly resolved with an excuse and a new bouquet super !!!

Very good service. We bought a rose bouquet for a good friend's birthday. Unfortunately the roses had already withered after 2 days and on the 3rd day there was little left. We are not used to this from the DFM flowers, so report this to the head office. We were immediately emailed back by a pleasant employee who found it very annoying that this had happened. Several options were immediately proposed to solve things and we chose to deliver a new bouquet to our friend. That this had to be done a week later due to vacation was no problem at all. The bouquet delivered was, as usual, beautiful. So it is handled very neatly and quickly. 10 with a pen and of course we will continue to buy our flowers from DFM.
