Unheard of poor service. Mother-in-law sends a large bunch of flowers to my wife via topbloemen.nl, we are just not at home. Ticket on the bus: delivery failed, contact us. Delivery is no longer possible today. What? But today birthday, tomorrow no longer :-( Well, can also be picked up. Sja, that's nice, sit with visitors and then drive 20 minutes and back 20 minutes. Finally called back by owner, it could still be delivered today because there was still a delivery for the same village Oh, so only for that, because otherwise we would have had bad luck or? Big minus for the service, talking to employees and an even thicker minus for topbloemen.nl because there are also excellent flowers are available in our own village, 3 min drive :-)
