When I arrived before 9am and wanted to ask the employee if it was possible to refuel (because some gas stations have sun pole so you can refuel in the evenings and I did not know if this shell had that too). At first he walked in quickly and locked the door. Finally got the chance to ask my question but instead of a "how can I help you" I got a bitter "soon then !!" fired at me with a sigh. Then I drove to heesch where I normally get good help. Bad service if you can't even bother answering a question never come here again.
