square Zwanenberg

I have just been referred from the GP to deliver a package to the health square laboratory. Once in the parking lot, there was nowhere indicated where the laboratory was. We have decided to enter the general entrance of Zwanenberg square. Once inside, there was nowhere to be found a sign "laboratory". Since there was a lady behind the desk for registrations of the Bernhoven outpatient clinic, I asked her where the laboratory could be found. She replied that it was "around the corner, right." Once I glanced down the hall, I did not see a sign that said "laboratory". I turned to the employee and told her I didn't see a sign. To which she bit indignantly, "what should be stated then?" To which I indicated that I saw no sign of a laboratory anywhere. So I didn't know where to go. She pointed out that I could find the blood sample around the corner. However, I did not come for a blood test at all. I thought it was strange that it was not mentioned that I could deliver all packages at the outpatient blood collection. The lady in question was very curt, unfriendly and not helpful at all. I myself work in healthcare and this is beyond me and therefore do not consider this acceptable behavior. Once I arrived at the blood test, I only saw Bernhoven's clothing from the employees. I asked one of the employees if I could deliver a package for the Jeroen Bosch Hospital to which this lady also reacted rather indignantly that this was "natural". I don't understand how people like this can sit in such a workplace. If this were a profitable business, you would chase all your customers away with such a receptionist. It is that I could not do otherwise and had to deliver my package but otherwise I would have 100% definitely moved to another place. This was my first and hopefully last contact with these employees.

Excellent health center with many outpatient clinics! Laboratory for the most common things and an X-ray department for the most common things. For more extensive recordings, however, you have to go to Uden. But there is also one physio out-of-hours GP post, podotherapy and hairwork. Unfortunately, the shop with care products is no longer there! But orthopedic facilities are also there! A small minus I find that the outpatient clinics are closed during the school holidays! Also the Lab. has then adjusted its times, and I think that should not be possible for one healthcare institution! But yes, nowadays we live in a society where everything only has to cost money, so even if people get sick during school holidays, it will benefit others!

Plein Zwanenberg is a health center with a wide variety of providers. Outpatient clinic, out-of-hours medical center, physiotherapy, home care, nursing home care for people with dementia, podotherapy, orthopedic facilities, occupational therapy, care shop, its works and a great restaurant!
