I actually reserved but couldn't find the place the neighbour is all normal houss you can't find it easily when you book make sure you arrive early and you have exact location
Very nice and cozy B & B. Really nice was the air conditioning upstairs in the bedroom. Owners were exceptional and offered bikes for leisure travel within Oss. Kitchen has everything you need, to include various spices and condiments.
We had a wonderful stay in 't Hofhuys.
Very attractively decorated house and a super breakfast.

Have lived in 20 places in the world, now for 3 weeks moving house in the so hospitable, pleasant and extremely well cared for 't Hofhuys. And always the chorus of the song sung by Linda Ronstadt, Diana Krall and many others: "It feels like home to me". Highly recommended for the wide Oss region.
