At the beginning of this year I went to Movendo / Lucas for stress complaints in the neck, shoulders and back. The treatments have remedied the existing complaints and I have also received exercises and tips to prevent new complaints in the future. In short, I am very satisfied with the results of these treatments 😊

This is a great physio that listens well to your story. Gives clear explanations and takes the time for you. After a number of treatments the complaints in my neck and shoulders disappeared!
