These guys have brought the authentic tex-mex style nachos to Amsterdam and have elevated the city's nacho game. Once you try the nachos here, you will no longer have an appetite for the atrocity that passes for nachos in most Amsterdam restaurants. Then there is the American style service which is a breath of fresh air! Hard to get a table unless you book ahead, so bear that in mind. And I would recommend the Sarphati at this place!

If you like nachos and margaritas this is the place to be. They serve artisanal nachos and excellent cocktails while being reasonably priced. Me and my girlfriend went tonight to try this place and it exceeded our expectations. The quality of the food was delicious and the drinks were tasty. The waiter was kind and worked quite fast even with a full restaurant. Everything about this place is 10/10.

Hands down the best margaritas and nachos in town. The other cocktails are amazing too. I'm so happy there is finally a place in Amsterdam that serves loaded nachos and not cheese Doritos with sweet chili sauce!

Had a great time at Parakeet last Friday. Amazing cocktails, delicious food and a very friendly, welcoming staff. Mandatory stop for any true nachos enthusiast.
