I have followed the training Confidential Advisor on Undesirable Behavior and Integrity with this trainer. The training takes place in a beautiful building on the Ophoviuslaan in Den Bosch. The director of the training institute and also trainer of this training lives in this building and has arranged the ground floor in such a way that it is a beautiful training location. The living room atmosphere provides an intimate and confidential setting and that is a big plus for this training. We work in a group that is not too large and that contains a variety of people, so that a lot of experiences can be exchanged and different glasses are used to look at the various topics that are discussed during the training days. This way you learn a lot from each other. The trainer is very skilled and has a lot of experience as a confidant. During the training, he discusses a lot of cases and gives room to think, decide and reflect. This creates a great awareness during the 4-day set training and it becomes clear how you can set up the confidential adviser function for yourself, what you can already do and in which you still need to develop. The content of the course is very diverse. It varies from legal aspects, conversation skills, knowledge development to case studies. Theory is interspersed with the practice of interviewing and actors who re-enact a certain case. I recommend everyone who wants to lay a good foundation for the OO + I Confidential Counselor to follow this course.

I experienced the confidential counselor Undesirable Behavior and Integrity course as thorough and enriching. The content is complete and the theory is up-to-date, but especially the empathic way in which the trainer demonstrates the subtlety of confidential conversations is particularly educational and inspiring. The small group design in a homely atmosphere creates a safe context in which students can easily learn from and with each other. The program lays a very solid foundation and shows that trust work is really a profession. A beautiful and valuable profession. I will definitely come back here for deepening and further development.
