Reliable, Honest, Fulfills agreements, Neat, Friendly. 5 weeks ago I bought an Opel Vivaro from Anne Bouman. The test drive showed the car to be in the same physical condition as advertised in the photos. Some things were not optimal such as alignment, windshield wiper, electric window that closed slowly and a dent in the side. This could be remedied for a neat surcharge of 50 euros. The appointment for the collection was fulfilled, on time and the above was all carried out at the agreed price. Anne even picked me up from Den Bosch station! After a few weeks it turned out that the handbrake was on. After contacting Bouman Auto's we made a deal that we would both pay half of the repair (done by another garage). I am very satisfied with this, because I was not prepared to drive from Utrecht to Genderen and have the repair done by Bouman himself. I just received the money from them. And that while I had not purchased an extra guarantee from them. I suspect that Bouman would have been fully entitled if he had not contributed to the repair. But he did this anyway! Super! Even after 5 weeks of driving a lot by car, no further defects were discovered. The car drives, sounds and functions completely well! On the bridge at my own garage, the mechanic said the car looks fantastic for its mileage and that I bought a good car. At this company, the time is taken for you and no pressure is put on you. Your questions are answered calmly. Based on my own experience, I absolutely recommend Bouman Auto's Genderen!
