My daughter wanted to have holes, so I called Lucardi Helftheuvelpassage in Den Bosch on Saturday to see if they just did this with Corona and if I could make an appointment for Tuesday. No, that was not necessary. On Tuesday there would be 2 colleagues who could do that, we could just walk in. So I was taken off on Tuesday afternoon and we went to the store, daughter was really looking forward to it, we are told that no holes could be shot due to corona. They had no message that I had called about this on Saturday. Yes, those were weekend helpers, they didn't know that. Very annoying that communication within your company is so bad! Fortunately, we were able to go to a jeweler in Rosmalen the next day.
Also this year with the holidays coming up. Despite the circumstances due to Covid, everything was done at Luigi Lucardi to make it as festive and profitable as possible for the customers. A wide range of the latest jewelry. For each his own. For every wallet. It sparkles towards you. What also shines in front of you is the inexhaustible customer friendliness and service. That is my experience. I let my photos and video speak for themselves. This is THE jeweler that appeals to people.
