Quick turn to nice people

There is very poor regulation. I call transport for students .. Then they say that the person who is about it is present but cannot find her then she says call back after 2 hours .. So I call back .. Will be told that she is in a meeting. Then she says it is good if she will call you back later to which I answered yes, 'my mobile number has been mentioned correctly' and now 3 hours later still nothing has been heard and the municipality of Deurne is closed ..!

Best municipality in the Netherlands.
