Strongly not recommended. The ordered flowers (for an important date for a dear person) are not delivered at all. The customer service lies about attempts to deliver, and do not reacts to the demands to return the money. Update: See below the response from the flowerservice.nl. They have indeed promptly reacted to my complains, and it is apparent that the whole problem was caused by the delivery service. Though the whole situation was disappointing, I increased my evaluation from 1 star to 3 stars to make my whole evaluation in balance with a really good florist work.

Ordered for 87 euros in roses for Valentine's Day. Waiting all day for the bouquet and the delivery service appears to have already visited. Contacted the delivery service immediately after I found out but they refuse to deliver the current day while the comments say no delivery to neighbors. This is why trying to reach Flowerservice and they could not do anything for me as they have already delivered their part of the purchase. Well ... good service is that! Get roses on Valentine's Day on February 15 ... They may have cheaper Roses but prefer to pay a little more so that I really get my order on the day of love. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will never get anything again.

I order a big autumn bouquet for my brother and he receives a bunch of germinis ....! The fault lies with me was told.
