So disappointed to go here and be told that I can’t use my reusable coffee mug. Despite pandemic times lots of coffee places have a work around for pouring your coffee without actually touching your reusable cup if hygiene is the issue. Sustainability here is obviously not a priority :(

Arrogant! Closing before indicated time. When entering (door was still open), not even thanking for the visit. Just ‘we’re closed!’. Not difficult to learn some basics about customer care.

Great location in front of the green patch in Westerpark. We ordered some hot chocolate with oat milk, it was creamy and not too sweet. It was the perfect combination with the Tony’s chocolonely. The barista was extremely kind, and we also had a pleasant conversation :)
