Poor customer service & long order delivery time

After years of being a customer, I can no longer find my way there this year. Bought two glasses, one had the wrong strength, that turned out to be a mistake and was corrected. Yet I could not see well through both glasses. At first I thought it had to get used to. Finally filed a complaint but heard nothing about it. Then I sought my salvation with another optician. Again bought two glasses (one is for the computer). Satisfied now, have a good view again. Especially the computer glasses are a big step forward. But all in all it was an expensive "glasses year".

Oh well, such a website doesn't really mean anything to me, I just went to the store I was better 😊

Very unprofessional handling of a complaint. And we were not the only ones today who were snubbed very unkindly, We have reported this complaint to head office id. And hope to get a suitable answer from it. This is certainly not customer friendly!

We have bought a new pair of glasses here and have been helped, friendly staff. May be recommended.
