Ik sluit mij volledig aan bij de andere recenties. Ruim 8 maand geleden via social deal een behandeling voor de powder brow gekocht. Helaas ivm corona (quarantaine) kon ik niet komen tot 2x aan toe. Dit ivm veiligheid voor beide. Helaas werd dit niet begrepen en kreeg ik de reactie " dit heb ik wel vaker gehoord en vervolgens zie ik ze gewoon in de stad lopen". Na meerdere malen geen fijn contact toch gegaan. Met als resultaat dat het boven mijn eigen wenkbrauw is gezet en het er niet uit ziet. Iedereen die een slechte recentie heeft gezet verteld volgens Jipke niet het hele verhaal. Maar zoals ik het lees heb ik het zelfde meegemaakt. Onprofessioneel, spreken over inkomsten en andere geldzaken, en zeer asociaal. Evenals de andere dames waarbij ik me aansluit zal ik de zelfde reactie krijgen dat "ik niet het hele verhaal vertel". Feit blijft... Een bedrijf in welke branche dan ook hoort ten alle tijden professioneel te blijven, verwacht dit niet van jipke. Ik raad deze salon ten zeerste af.

Bad and unprofessional. I came for an eyelash lift. I have done this before at other salons and it always went great so I was looking forward to it. I got here, and she immediately started masking and putting the glue on (without even imagining who she was). My lashes weren't even cleaned. When I mentioned that the tape was under my eyelashes on my lid and it hurt, she indicated that it was necessary to keep it tight. This already started my eyelashes to vibrate. Same story at the top. Never seen anything like this in all years. It hurt, eye trembled terribly and even opened. She indicated that she saw some of the eyelashes coming off, but instead of sticking them again, she was busy with her phone all the time. In the middle of the treatment it hurt too much and it vibrated too much because it was not properly stuck, so I had to stop the treatment. She indicated that she does not do the same treatment because it is SD, and then she indicated what she earned with it which did not feel like my case .. Her solution, no money back but paying extra money for the next treatment ... then I was also told that this was already in her lunch break because "I really wanted that today". She even suggested this date and time herself .. also very unprofessional that she didn't even clean it afterwards. The glue is still on my eye and no result ... this treatment shouldn't hurt.

I had made an appointment through DM, this was arranged very quickly and she was super friendly, I was received nicely and the salon was super clean !! I had already sent her a message that I had an allergic reaction to a set of eyelashes before (I had this at another salon) she took this very well into account, used a friendly glue, which she has a lot of information about given. She also told me methods of how to react and how to act if I do have an allergic reaction again. Fortunately this did not happen and my lashes are still super !! I will be back soon, highly recommended 🥰🥰
